Medical concept

The stem with fins is the anatomical equivalent of our Finns straight stem. He combines the philosophy of the anatomic hip stem with the proven concept of fin-assisted cement-free anchoring. Findings on explants similar products demonstrate an increased bone growth to the above structures.

The hipstem is made of a titanium alloy, and in the proximal part rough radiated with the above Finns equipped. By incising the Finns also increased primary stability of the hip is achieved. Through the proximal fin structure results in a strong metaphyseal stressed anchorage.

The bioactive rough radiated titanium alloy surface supports a fast and durable Osteointegration. The famous 12/14er euro cone allows for the implementation of all tribological proven concepts.
